Hague Construction were called in to complete the reinforced concrete frame superstructure and associated groundworks for this project. We were able to offer a fixed duration, lump sum price for the work, to give the client peace of mind following the failure on site of a previous contractor
The works started with the underpinning of an existing building on site before the excavation and construction of a new basement.
A 4 storey reinforced concrete frame structure was then erected to form the main building.
Upon completion of the frame, external drainage and services were installed before a tarmac car park, slabbed pathway and landscaped areas were installed.
