The groundworks included complex stepped reinforced foundations, construction of new drainage, diversion of existing drainage and the installation of new service trench.
A bespoke foamed concrete infill was also proposed and provided beneath the ground floor slab by Hague Construction to overcome site restrictions and improve programme.
The 3 storey concrete frame consisted of downstand beams and bespoke circular columns with many areas also requiring a high quality exposed finish. A complex spiral reinforced concrete staircase was also constructed around a Reinforced concrete lift shaft.
